As a young adult he opened his restaurant ‘Pastorale**’ in his hometown Reet. Driven by an unwavering curiosity and will, he wanted to share his passion for food with the greater public. With all the know-how build up over the years, he opened ‘Postuur’- a contemporary lunch restaurant located at the Post X site in Berchem where guests can enjoy fresh healthy food every day.
From our Love of Food Academy – in collaboration with Sodexo’s culinary experts – Bart will support our on-site team with taste and inspiration by co-creating new food experiences.
