On the menu will be meat, poultry and or fish, with special focus on tradition, presentation and ‘in plate’ balance.
We also build in the principle of customization: our guest will be given a choice of warm vegetables at the vegetable bar.
Our aim is to give vegetables a more prominent place on the plate! Daily choice of fresh hot seasonal vegetables and starches. We try to source local – Belgian whenever possible.
