Sébastien de Tramasure

Group Chief Financial Officer

 Since May 1, 2024, Sébastien de Tramasure is Group Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Sodexo Leadership Team.

Sébastien brings considerable international experience in global finance leadership positions in Asia-Pacific, Europe and the United States and thorough knowledge of all Sodexo businesses.

Sébastien joined Sodexo in 2006 as Financial Controlling Director for Benefits & Rewards Services (today Pluxee). Then, he held several positions within this fast-growing activity, as Chief Financial officer for Asia Pacific, then for Belgium. In 2012, Sébastien was promoted global Chief Financial Officer for the Benefits & Rewards Activity and led several strategic acquisitions in Europe, North America and Latin America, driving significant growth. In 2018, he was named Global CFO for the Healthcare & Seniors segments. In 2020, Sébastien de Tramasure was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Sodexo North America, Sodexo’s most important geography representing more than 40% of the Group’s revenues. During his tenure, he drove a significant and successful transformation of the finance function while actively participating in the recovery of Sodexo’s North American business and managing strategic acquisitions in the convenience market.

Prior to joining Sodexo, Sebastien held various positions in Finance in the publishing industry at Larousse and Editis.

Sébastien de Tramasure is a graduate of HEC Paris and holds a degree on Digital Transformation from Rutgers Business School (USA). He is French and speaks English and Spanish.
