Sunil Nayak

President Sodexo Europe

Sunil Nayak has been President of Sodexo Europe since November 2022 and a Group Leadership Team member since 2019. Sunil’s passion for food began when he opened a food cart on the streets of Mumbai in 1989, that grew into a successful restaurant and catering business. In 1995, he sold it to Radhakrishna Hospitality Services (RKHS), which was later acquired by Sodexo in 2009—marking the beginning of his global career with the company.

Throughout his career at Sodexo, Sunil has held several key leadership roles, including CEO, Sodexo India, Chief Transformation Officer and CEO, Corporate Services Segment – Asia Pacific and Global

A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Sunil serves as Executive Sponsor of SoTogether, Sodexo’s global advisory board advancing gender balance. He is also on the advisory boards of Catalyst Europe and Women in Food and Agriculture (WFA), helping shape a more inclusive industry.

Outside of work, Sunil is the founder of the Ra Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children’s education—a cause close to his heart. He enjoys reading, spending quality time with family and friends, and staying active through sports like tennis and boxing.
