Chief Growth Officer Global Strategic Accounts Sodexo

Rodrigo has over 23 years of experience at Sodexo and as of June 2025, is now in the Chief Growth Officer role for GSA, joining the Global Senior Leadership Team. In this new role, he will be leading Business Development, Bid Management, and the GSA Solution Centre of Excellence.

Rodrigo began his career at Sodexo as a Site Lead in the United Kingdom and has since held a series of progressively senior roles. As EMEA Account Director for Johnson & Johnson, he led the implementation of Sodexo’s first Vested contract, setting a new standard for collaborative client partnerships. In 2018, he was appointed Global Account Director for Merck and MSD, where he successfully expanded the account into Sodexo’s largest GSA contract, encompassing 149 sites across 66 countries and delivering more than 80 distinct services.
