Miriam Perez Morillas is a Spanish executive and real estate strategist who currently serves as Head of Global Properties at Banco Santander. She has held leadership roles in property asset management since at least November 2019, overseeing the bank’s global real estate portfolio and designing flexible, sustainable models for property strategy.

She is also a director at Santander UK Investments, having been appointed in March 2021.
