Caroline Soladie

CEO for the new post-acquisition operation in Spain

 Caroline joined Sodexo in 1998. She started her career in finance, where she successfully held different roles, such as CFO Corporate Services France and Head of Group FP&A. In 2013, she was appointed CFO for Benefits & Rewards Services in Spain (now PluxeeSpain), before becoming CFO for Benefits & Rewards Services in Europe.

In 2020, she was promoted CFO for Corporate Services Worldwide, and then took the role of Business Unit Managing Director for Continental Europe in 2022, managing 9 countries in Europe. Deeply involved in transformation projects, she also supported the Group Digital Transformation as Finance Lead and, more recently, led the Marketing transformation of Continental Europe. Caroline is a strong leader, with deep finance and operational knowledge, and a consistent focus on profitable and sustainable growth, service excellence and team engagement.

As a leader for Spain, she has the ambition to leverage the strong capabilities of both companies to lead the market, and drive innovation and strategic initiatives for the best of our clients, teams and partners in Spain.
